The Investment Company is proposing to raise at least <\/span><b>$1.6 million<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in additional capital in order to refinance House Corporation\u2019s existing mortgage debt. At Closing, the Investment Company will take a first mortgage on the property at 1979 Iuka Ave. (the \u201cProperty\u201d). The outstanding principal balance on the loan is approximately $1.5 million. The current interest rate is 5.15%.
